Situation/Problem:

The new marketing director of this prestigious property was a visionary with indepth experience from the sports and leisure industry, however had little F&B marketing knowledge.  The insightful management team didn’t have a problem with this, her skill set was far stronger than anyone else in the industry, so they reached out to us to provide support on F&B Marketing Strategy to fill the gap in the team. 

 

Approach:

Our approach was to collaborate closely with all of the departments responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience.  We attended weekly F&B meetings to collect information that would ultimately feed in to the strategy.  Furthermore, external research was conducted and reported so that the entire team had a clear understanding of what the competitors were offering and what the customer wanted. 

 

Results:

We’re glad to say that this Marketing Director has been a repeat client as she’s moved onwards and upwards in her career.  She sees us as an ally to achieving meaningful results.  We’ve also gone on to complete smaller projects with the same group over the years.
